If there is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware. In the event your order is not in stock then we will give you the opportunity to cancel your order (with a full refund) or wait a period of time for our stock to arrive. As we import some of our lingerie ranges from the U.S & Europe, if an item is out of stock this may take up to 14 days. If your item is out of stock we would expect to get your goods to you within 10-13 working days. We will contact you via email to notify you of any delay with your order. Redelivery Charges: Occasionally customers fail to pick up their order from the local depot, once the initial delivery attempt has been made and they were out. After a week the parcel is shipped back to us. Unfortunately the redelivery charge to dispatch the goods back out is not subsidised. Satisfaction and Returns: If you are not fully satisfied with any goods you receive from Secret Lace , please email us at: sales@secretlace.co.uk and we will be happy to issue you with a returns number or offer you an alternative product. All returned garments must be in unused original condition and TAGS must not be removed. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we have received and checked the garments we will offer you an exchange or refund to your credit card within 14 days, excluding all shipping fees. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse a refund. When a customer returns an item/s because of unsuitability and an exchange is not carried out, the full cost of the item cannot be refunded. The refund amount will be the total cost of the order 'minus' the 2.9% processing charge, plus £0.20 pence per transaction as charged by Nochex. All returned garments which were shipped via our free of charge carriage, will be subject to a £2.90 handling charge. All returned garments for exchange will be subject to an additional shipping charge of £2.90. Please use the returns form enclosed with your original order. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office. Gift Wrapping: All orders placed on this site will be gift-wrapped and made extra special, wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a gift box or bag with scented beads and then wrapped with ribbon.
